A good website creates a pleasant environment that is easy to scan for desired information. In other words, easy to navigate. Websites offer the opportunity to save on printing costs and to open a new door of communication between the business and their clients, as well as market their name in a respectful manner. Presentation is key for an interesting and useful website.

Domain Name
When someone says, “What is your domain name?” they are also asking, “What is your website?”

This is the identity and location of your website and is sometimes known as a URL (Universal Resource Locator).

When selecting your domain name, there are plenty of things to consider like length, uniqueness, and if they are easy to remember. If you want to target your local area, you may end your domain with your country's Internet name. Otherwise you can use ending such as:
  • .com- for commercial organizations
  • .biz- for businesses
  • .info- for informational websites
  • .net- network, once for network infrastructures
  • .org- organization
Prices also vary on different domain names. Also, if your domain name is already taken at .com or whatever you want, you can always use the same name with something else, such as .net, at the end.
